Cooked with freshly blended spices, fresh onions, green peppers & tomatoes. Flavoured with green herbs. Served with rice or naan.

Karahia Dishes

This is a dish of original flavour and texture, it is a medium strength dish cooked with chunks of onion, a touch of capsicum and served on an iron pan.

Biriani Dishes

A complete course in itself: rice with a garnish of individual items, served with a separate dish of vegtable curry. All medium strength, but can be hot or mild
