How does it work?

  1. Select the items you want from our menu and they'll appear in the “Bag”
  2. Choose Delivery or Collection — and the time you'd like it
  3. Pay using your Credit or Debit Card
  4. The order is transmitted to us, directly at the restaurant
  5. We will confirm the order time to you — by email & optional text message
  6. We'll deliver to you, or, if you're collecting, the food will be ready for you

Can I pay on Delivery or Collection?

Our online ordering system is meant to make things faster, smoother and simpler by taking the payments in advance. This removes a bottleneck at the restaurant and allows us to offer a better service to you. We urge you to try our system. Online payments are safe and secure. However, if you want to pay in cash or in person, you will need to call us with your order.

Does the confirmation text cost me money?

As long as your provider doesn't usually charge you for standard incoming text messages, then no. It's free. This isn't a premium rate text service. We pay for the text message to you.

Where can I indicate special instructions for delivery?

When you enter a new delivery address, there's a “Special Instructions” box. Do tell us anything you think our delivery staff will need to know in order to find your address.

What if my order is wrong? Can I make changes to my order?

Once an order has been placed by you, you cannot change it online — so do review it carefully before sending it to us! However, if we haven't already prepared your order, we may be able to accommodate your changes. Call us immediately at the restaurant on 01234 325655 and we'll see what we can do.

How long will it take to receive my text confirmation? What should I do if I don't receive one?

If you have elected for a text confirmation, you should normally expect this within 15 minutes of submitting your order (during opening hours). If you've not received your text, check if you have an Order Confirmation Email. If so, there's simply a delay in sending or delivering the text message service via your provider. The email confirmation is correct and valid. However, if you haven't received anything, do call us on 01234 325655. We can check we've received your order and confirm for you.

Do you deliver to my area?

You can easily check if we deliver to your area by using the Postcode Search facility on the home page. If we don't cover your area, remember you can always order for collection from the restaurant. If you would like us to consider extending our delivery service to your postcode then do email us and let us know.

What if I change my email address and/or password?

Take the “Your Account” option from the navigation links at the top of the page. If necessary, login with your old email/password and click “Change these Details”. Make the changes you need to.

How do I change my delivery addresses, payment cards, phone numbers?

Take the “Your Account” option from the navigation links at the top of the page. If necessary, login with your email/password, select the relevant section from the navigation links on the left hand side. Make the changes you need to.

My card has expired or changed, how do I update the details?

Take the “Your Account” option from the navigation links at the top of the page. If necessary, login with your email/password, select Payment Cards from the navigation links on the left hand side. Make the changes you need to.

How do I store meal-selections I order regularly? How do I manage them?

You can save a meal selection which is currently in your “Bag” by pressing the “Save for later” button. You will need to supply a name or label which you'll use to identify that saved selection. You'll notice that it will then appear in the “Saved orders” list on the left hand side of the Home Page. Also, you can access all of your saved orders from the “Your Account” section.
